Kathy Prevatt – Licensed Title Agent has over 27 years experience in the mortgage lending and closing areas of real estate. She holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration from Saint Leo University and holds an A.S. degree in Savings and Loans. She is a member and officer of Abiding Savior Lutheran Church and supports local charities, i.e. Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and Ronald McDonald House.

Gregg L. Martin – He brings years of experience in the real estate industry and local markets. He was born and raised in Gainesville and is raising his family here as well.
